Molly Parker is the talented Canadian actress best known for her roles in TV's Deadwood (2004), House of Cards (2014) and Lost in Space (2018). Raised on a commune, she described as "a hippie farm" in Pitt Meadows, B.C. Parker began acting when she was 16 years old.
After several roles on Canadian television, her big breakthrough came playing a necrophiliac in Lynne Stopkewich's 1996 film Kissed. From there, she had multiple standout TV roles, including in sitcom Twitch City (1998), Six Feet Under (2001), and one of her best known roles to date in HBO's Deadwood (2004).
