Jessica Hynes

Jessica Hynes is an English actress and writer. Her career started in 1993 but she gained national attention when she co-wrote and starred in the TV series Spaced with Simon Pegg. She also starred in the hit BBC TV series The Royle Family.

Over the last twenty years she has made multiple notable appearances mainly in British film and TV, including Paddington 2 (2017) There She Goes (2018) and Years and Years (2019). Hynes has been nominated for a Tony, a Laurence Olivier Award, four BAFTAs (of which she has won one), and three British Comedy Awards (of which she has won two).
