Conleth Seamus Eoin Croiston Hill is a Northern Irish film, stage and television actor. He was born on November 24, 1964 in Ballycastle, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. His siblings are also in the entertainment business; His older brother is a cameraman, his sister is a producer, and his younger brother Ronan Hill has won two Emmy Awards for his sound mixing on Game of Thrones. Hill graduated from the Acting program of Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1988, and has performed on stage in productions in the United Kingdom and the United States. He is best known for his role as ‘Varys’ in the HBO series Game of Thrones.
