Chloë Sevigny is an American actress and model who has appeared in multiple indie films. Her debut feature lead role was in the controversial film Kids (1995), and in 1999 she received Academy Award and Golden Globe Award nominations for her role in Boys Don't Cry. She also appeared in American Pyshco 2000, Lars von Trier's Dogville (2003) Woody Allen's Melinda and Melinda (2004).
In 2007, Sevigny starred in David Fincher's Zodiac, and three years later, she starred in the Howard Marks biopic Mr. Nice (2010). She had a lead role in the TV series Big Love (2006) and made guest appearances in The Mindy Project (2012), Russian Doll (2019) and American Horror Story (2011).
