Privacy Policy

Flix Premiere is committed to protecting the privacy of all our users. We want you to use this site with confidence, and so if you can’t find the answers to your questions or concerns here then please contact us and we’ll get back to you promptly.

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your Flix Premiere experience. Here are the types of information we gather:

Information You Give Us

We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future showings for you and communicating with you.

Automatic Information

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses or advertisements and other content served by or on behalf of Flix Premiere Ltd on other Web sites. See our Cookie Policy below for more details and how to disable cookies if you wish.

When you download or use apps created by Flix Premiere or our subsidiaries, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services.

E-mail Communications

We will only send you marketing email if you give us express permission to do so. You can give us permission to send you email on the form where you register your account. You can also subscribe or unsubscribe to marketing email later on your account profile page on our website. Finally, you can unsubscribe from marketing email by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email we send.

Regardless of your marketing preferences we may still send you transactional email, such as confirmation emails and invoices for payments.

To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from Flix Premiere and when you click on links in the email if your device supports such capabilities.

Information from Other Sources

Apart from the information discussed above we do not store any personal information you have not explicitly provided to us.

Information Storage and Security

The security of your information is of paramount importance to us. In order to secure your personal information, access to your data is password-protected, and all data is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser or other device and our web site. To protect any data you store on our servers we also regularly audit our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

Information Sharing

Since we use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel Tracking to gather usage data of our website and apps the companies may, using their own cookies, gather usage profile information linked to the device you use to access our website and apps. This information cannot be connected to the personally identifiable information you provide us with.

When you provide us with credit card details those details are not sent to our server but instead stored by our card payment merchant, Stripe. Please review the Stripe Privacy Policy for more details on how they might use this information.

We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit permission.
