The crew of an American home improvement TV show heads to a rural village in the Eastern European country of Moldova to film the progress of an extreme home renovation. When they arrive, they come up against the superstitions and misunderstandings of the spooked locals who claim a witch has cursed their village. From the writers of Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Spongebob Squarepants, They're Watching is a found footage horror comedy full of laughs and jumps, where the house hunters get hunted by the house.
